What Yeternet Builds and Who We Build It For

Most small and medium businesses that come to us have the same problem. They know technology could help them move faster or reach more customers, but they do not have an engineering team to figure out how, and hiring one full time for a three-month project does not make sense.

That is the gap we work in.
We are a small tech team based in Boston. Our work falls into two broad areas: AI automation and custom software on one side, web development and digital marketing on the other. Most projects end up touching more than one of these.
On the AI side, a significant part of our recent work has been building automated services end to end. This means systems that handle repetitive business operations without human input. We also build custom AI tools: chatbots, document processing pipelines, data analysis assistants, all designed around how a specific client actually works rather than how a generic product assumes they work.
We set up AI-powered workflow automation for businesses that need decisions made automatically at scale. These are not simple rule-based systems. They evaluate context, handle exceptions, and improve as they process more data. Operations run faster, with fewer errors, without someone reviewing every case manually.
The other area is what we call intelligent tool development. Software that learns from how it is used and from the data it handles. The difference from off-the-shelf software is that it adapts to how your business actually operates instead of the other way around.
All of this sits on top of a foundation we have been building for years. Web and software development across the full stack, frontend through backend. Our stack includes Vue.js, React, Angular, WordPress, Shopify, Python, and Java. That range means we can usually meet a project where it is instead of forcing a rebuild from scratch.
On the marketing side, we run SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and A/B testing for clients who need more than a well-built website. A site no one visits does not grow a business. We handle both sides for clients who want that under one roof.
We also provide ongoing technical support, remotely and on-site in the Greater Boston area, for clients who need a reliable contact when something breaks or needs updating after launch.
Over the years we have worked with clients in academic publishing, education, e-commerce, fashion retail, fintech, and nonprofits. Some of that work includes a suite of AI-powered research tools now used by researchers around the world, covering manuscript screening, automated translation, and literature analysis. Other work includes e-commerce platforms for fashion retailers, websites for academic and nonprofit organizations, and custom software for businesses that needed something their existing tools could not do.
We are selective about what we take on. We do not take every project that comes in, and we are direct about whether something is a fit before we start. Most of our work is delivered remotely. We have worked with clients across the US, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, and Europe without meaningful impact on quality or timeline.
If you are trying to figure out where AI or automation could actually help your business, that is the conversation we are set up to have.
