FAQ
1. Do I need a new website or can you work with what I have? Both. We build new websites from scratch and we redesign existing ones. If your current site has good bones but needs updating, we can work with it. If it needs to be rebuilt, we will tell you that honestly.
2. Which platform will you build my website on? We build on Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and custom platforms depending on what fits your business. We recommend the right platform for your needs during the consultation, not the one that is easiest for us.
3. How long does it take to build a website? Most business websites are live within two to four weeks. E-commerce platforms with larger product catalogs may take longer. We give you a realistic timeline at the start and stick to it.
4. Will my website show up on search engines? We build every site with SEO fundamentals in place — proper page structure, meta tags, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness. Getting to the top of search results takes ongoing work, but the foundation will be right from day one.
5. Can I update the website myself after it is built? Yes. We build on platforms designed for non-developers to manage. After launch we walk you through how to make the updates you will actually need to make.
6. Do you work with businesses outside Boston? Yes. Most of our work is done remotely and we have built websites for clients across the US and internationally. Boston-area clients can also meet in person if preferred.
7. What if I need changes after the site launches? We stay available after launch. Small changes, content updates, and ongoing maintenance are all things we handle. We do not disappear after delivery.
